About the role
This is an exciting opportunity for you to start your career as (Senior ) Sales Manager (f/m/d) and join a rapidly growing media tech startup in Paris, France. Ideally you have a passion for sales, an entrepreneurial spirit, and a drive to succeed. Your impact will be

  • Identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with potential clients
  • Pitching FRAMEN to your prospects and educating them to our products
  • Building Media plans following the clients needs/briefs
  • Negotiating contracts and closing deals with new and existing clients (20-100k+ Deals sizes per month)
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to create and implement effective sales strategies
  • Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to inform sales strategies and to be proactive Being the face of the company, working on the personal branding to grow your reach to prospects
  • Working closely with Sales teammates from other markets on international deals

Your background

  • Ideally you have Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in marketing, media or advertisement, similar studies or you have related work experiences (not required)
  • 4-5 years of experience in sales (or 1-2 as Junior), preferably in the advertising industry (not OOH)
  • Communication at eye level, ability to work in a team as well as collegial commitment caracterize you
  • French is your mother tongue, Fluent in English. (Spanish & Dutch are a real plus)
  • First experiences as Entrepreneur are preferred but not necessarily - you have the drive
